The Lumber-Jack LOOK

Right lately, I've been trying to find a sort of winter look to follow by and mold my wardrobe after. I already have a pretty preppy style going on (image Fonzworth Bentley/upper east side school boy/urkel....sort of like a cool nerd in a way)

*Mr.Steve Urkel*

*Maxwell in the Urkel ensemble*( red, navy blue, and white striped ralph lauren polo/511 skinny levi jeans/red BDG belt/burgundy O'Reilly oxfords/Armani Exchange brown and gold sunglasses)

*Mr.Fonzworth Bentley*

*Maxwell in the Fonzworth Bentley ensemble*(salmon pink Pronto-Umo button up/ grey Ralph Rucci wool dress pants/red BDG belt/grey silk vintage vest/red,blue,and white Lacross wallet/tan wood bottom Florsheim shoes)

Don't get me wrong, I love the style...but I want to change up for the winter with something new. So I'm flipping through tOns of my GQ, Details, and VMAN magazines and found more of what I'm already wearing. THEN to my surprise, one of my many favorite Men's Fashion blogs' "The Urban Gentleman" had an article about another blog site (...I know a lot for a wardrobe change..lol) called "Band of Outsiders" (which is very interesting and I follow now) and also D&G Men's wear fall 2010 collection. Both sources seemed to be into a more rugged but still very preppy look. D&G Men's 2010 fall collection was based off of snowboarding in Aspen in a lodge (lots of layers and Christmas sweater like patters) and Band of Outsiders fall 2010 Men's collection reflected a sort of Bo-ho chic mix match camper look (sound crazy, but works).
*D&G Men's Fall 2010 collection/ Band of Outsiders Men's Fall collection*(LOOK AT THE D&G BOOTS....SICKENING!!!..love them)

So with the little gears that turn in my head, and with the love of fashion and the excitement of change; I cook up a little wardrobe inspired off the two collections.
*D&G inspired cap and gloves* (red, navy blue, and white Lids cap/grey knitted American Eagle gloves)

*D&G inspired fur hat and gloves*(black and grey wool/fur Nordstroms hat)

*Band of Outsiders inspired corduroy pants, wool socks, belt, grey thermal*(Carolina blue BDG corduroy pants/brown, red,and white American Eagle wool socks/grey Target thermal)

*a navy blue scarf from a friend couldn't hurt..lol*

*Ralph Lauren brown leather boots*
*Maxwell's new Lumber Jack look!!!*

-SO FAR< SO GOOD......

The Shoes that even "I Would buy"

Ok, so I'm not a shoe "wearer"...but theses shoes are making me rethink my WHOLE out look on sneakers...I'm trying to make an outfit for them right now..lol....I approve this shoe Gentlemen.

The GENTLEMAN*

Mr. Maxwell Rex (also known as) Larry D. Roseboro Jr. "welcome World"

HELLO!, My birth name is Larry Donell Roseboro Jr., but my high school frat/nickname is Mr.Bentley.(because of the way I dress)...But there's already a Mr.Bentley, SO on that note with the new year coming in I think it's time for a New Ensemble...So from this day forth I would like to be known as Maxwell Rex ( "Rex" a Latin word meaning "The King").This name I feel is best suited for such a man of class, dignity, and such fashions as myself and my persona.
This blog site will be a plethora of things (I'm a fashion marketing and merchandising major, so MOSTLY fashion). From fashion, major events, and the finer things in life TO my opinion, and various crazy things that happen in my weird life. Somethings on this site my be very inspirational, and some might just be down right OUTRAGEOUS....you'll just have to wait a SEE...lol
